ROLE OVERVIEW
Quali Zeal is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager to drive AI-led pre-sales, bid management and solution engineering. The role will lead end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ pursuits, translate client needs into differentiated AI solutions, and coordinate sales, architecture, AI/engineering, delivery and commercial teams. Candidates must have hands-on involvement in at least 8–10 AI proposals and solid experience in enterprise solutioning and proposal defence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ and proposal lifecycle from qualification and bid/no-bid through submission, clarification and proposal defence. Lead solution discovery workshops and convert business requirements into AI/Gen AI solution approaches, value propositions, roadmaps and high-level architectures. Develop proposals covering Gen AI/LLMs, RAG, AI agents, intelligent automation, AI-enabled testing and relevant enterprise AI use cases. Coordinate sales, solution architects, AI/engineering SMEs, delivery, finance and commercial teams to create integrated, compliant proposals. Drive proposal planning,



response matrices, content ownership, reviews, governance, risks, assumptions, dependencies and submission readiness. Contribute to estimation, resource models, pricing inputs, scope assumptions, So W and commercial constructs. Prepare executive summaries, solution narratives, differentiators, case studies, presentations, demos/Po Cs and client Q& A. Build reusable AI proposal assets, solution accelerators and response libraries; capture lessons learned and improve bid quality and velocity. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
12+ years in IT services, consulting, pre-sales, solution engineering, bid management or related roles. Demonstrated involvement in 8+ AI/Gen AI proposals, RFPs/RFIs/RFQs or strategic pursuits. Strong understanding of Gen AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents/agentic workflows, prompt engineering, embeddings/vector databases and enterprise AI architectures. Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP and awaren
