We partner with developers, channel partners and sole sellers to handle their marketing on a monthly retainer, primarily through Meta ads. Our work generates a steady flow of inbound enquiries, and we are hiring someone to own that flow end to end.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to manage inbound leads generated through our advertising and organic channels. The role involves responding to enquiries immediately, qualifying prospects, conducting sales calls and closing them on our retainer services. This is a closing role, not a lead-passing role.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to every inbound lead within minutes of receipt via call, Whats App or email Qualify prospects on business type, current marketing activity, budget, decision-making authority and timeline Conduct discovery and sales calls, presenting our services,



process and pricing Handle objections and close deals on the call wherever possible Prepare and send proposals, and follow up consistently until a decision is reached Run outbound prospecting to developers and channel partners during low inbound periods Maintain accurate records of all leads, conversations and pipeline stages in the CRM Share weekly reports on leads received, calls conducted, conversions and revenue Relay client objections and market feedback to the marketing team to improve campaign performance Required Skills and Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, B2 B sales or agency sales Fluency in English and Hindi (Marathi is an advantage) Strong verbal communication and the confidence to close over the phone Ability to explain digital marketing concepts clearly to non-technical clients Disciplined follow-up habits and comfort working with targets Own laptop, reliable internet
