Job Description –Mechanical Design Engineer (Mechanical Press)

Location: Yamuna Nagar, Haryana
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop heavy machinery, machine assemblies, and special purpose machinery (SPM) using Solid Works and Auto CAD. Prepare 2 D drawing/ 3 D models, detail drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, GA drawings, and manufacturing drawings. Maintain drawing revisions and documentation as per company procedures. Calculation and engineering documentation. Ensure designs comply with customer specifications, engineering standards, and manufacturing requirements. Required Technical Skills
High level Proficiency in Auto CAD (2 D Drafting). Proficiency in Solid Works for fabricated and machined components/ assemblies Understanding of material selection and basic engineering calculations.



Good understanding of GD& T and engineering drawing standards. Knowledge of fabrication, machining, assembly, and other manufacturing processes. FEA knowledge is preferred Qualification
B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Experience
4–8 years of experience in Mechanical Design using Solid Works and Auto CAD in the Heavy Engineering or Machine Building industry. Other Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team workplace. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of SAP systems will be an added advantage. Knowledge about auxiliary systems such as pneumatics/hydraulics/lubrication is added advantage
