Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage business opportunities for commercial office leasing. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable office space solutions. Coordinate with landlords, developers, coworking operators,



and other supply partners to source suitable properties. Prepare commercial proposals, comparisons, presentations, and quotations for clients. Coordinate agreements, contracts, renewals, and documentation. Maintain accurate client databases, sales pipelines, and property inventory. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and business partners. Conduct market research on commercial real estate trends, rentals, and availability. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions. Draft professional emails and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high service standards throughout the sales cycle. Candidate Profile
