Role Description The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Next PUB is a full-time, hybrid role based in India, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth executive operations. The Executive Assistant will prepare and maintain expense reports,



organize documentation, draft and review correspondence, and support meeting preparation, including agendas and minutes. This position also requires liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, prioritizing requests, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. The Executive Assistant will proactively anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and help the CEO stay focused on strategic priorities. Qualifications
