Role Description This is a full time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries across channels such as in-store, phone, chat, and social media, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance. Responsibilities include resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product information, as well as updating customer records and tracking interactions in internal systems.



The role involves coordinating with sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth order processing, maintaining high service standards, and sharing feedback from customers to improve products and processes. The Customer Support Executive will also support basic administrative tasks and contribute to a positive, welcoming experience for every customer.
Qualifications
