Role Description The Lead Generation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting market research to understand target accounts and buyer personas, and maintaining accurate records of lead interactions in CRM or related tools. The Lead Generation Executive will engage prospects through calls, emails, and digital channels, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team,



and support campaigns driven by the Conversational ABM platform. The role involves collaborating closely with sales and marketing colleagues, following lead management processes, and meeting defined performance targets in terms of qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution.
Qualifications
Ability to identify and manage New Leads and perform effective Lead Generation activities.
Strong Market Research skills to analyze industries, target accounts, and decision-makers.
Effective Communication skills for engaging prospects via calls, emails, and online channels.
Fundamental Sales skills, including understanding funnels, qualification criteria, and basic negotiation.
Prior experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or SDR/BDR roles is highly beneficial.
Comfort using CRM systems, lead management tools, and productivity software.
