About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Dialler Manager who has hands-on experience managing Ozonetel Dialler and LSQ CRM. The candidate will be responsible for managing the calling infrastructure, monitoring sales calling performance, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring smooth coordination between the dialler and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the Ozonetel Dialler on a daily basis.
Handle user creation, agent mapping, campaign configuration, call routing and related dialler activities.
Monitor inbound and outbound calling performance and ensure optimum utilization of the dialler.
Manage and maintain LSQ CRM including lead allocation, lead movement, follow-ups and data accuracy.
Ensure proper integration and synchronization between Ozonetel and LSQ CRM.
Monitor call reports, connect rates, talk time, disposition, missed calls and agent productivity.




Generate and maintain daily/weekly/monthly calling performance reports.
Track agent-wise calling activity and identify gaps in productivity.
Ensure leads are properly assigned and followed up within defined timelines.
Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for campaign and calling requirements.
Troubleshoot basic dialler/CRM issues and coordinate with technical support whenever required.
Maintain call recordings and ensure proper tagging/disposition of calls.
Monitor data quality and ensure there are no duplicate, incorrect or unattended leads.
Support management with reports and insights related to calling performance and lead conversion.
Train new team members on Ozonetel and LSQ CRM processes wherever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–8 years of relevant experience in Dialler Management, Telecalling Operations, Sales Operations or CRM Management.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Ozonet
