This Position reports to: Team Lead – Testing Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the prospect to prepare, distribute, and store accurate customer, ABB, and supplier documents for projects as per the division's/project's procedures in a timely manner. Each day, you will ensure effective version control and status tracking. You will also showcase your expertise by maintaining a high level of data quality and supporting engineers and Project Managers with accurate on-demand status and milestone reporting. You will be mainly accountable for: Ensuring that a document control and communication process is available according to the project's scope and requirements. Guaranteeing compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements. Communicating appropriate documentation updates to customer and other stakeholders effectively and in a timely manner and providing accurate progress reporting. Informing the Project Manager actively in the event of new requirements from the customer that may cause changes in the document management process and/or scope. Qualifications for the role Diploma in in Electrical or Electronics Engineering should be full time 1-3 years of experience in maintaining engineering and project documents.
