Role Description The Career Readiness Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for designing and delivering interactive training sessions focused on employability skills, interview preparation, resume building, and workplace readiness. The trainer will conduct workshops, one-on-one coaching, and group sessions to help learners identify strengths, improve communication, and develop job search strategies. Day-to-day activities include creating training materials, updating curricula to align with industry trends, assessing learner progress,



and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves collaborating with program managers and industry partners to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful.
Qualifications
Ability to design and deliver training programs focused on career readiness, employability skills, and professional development.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
Experience in coaching, mentoring, or counseling individuals on career planning, interview skills, and resume writing.
Competence in using digital tools and learning platforms to create, manage, and deliver training content.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
