Role Description The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes coordinating with internal teams to understand client needs, tracking service delivery, and following up on feedback to improve the overall client experience.



The Customer Relationship Executive will maintain accurate records of client communications, prepare periodic updates or reports, and proactively build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. This role also involves identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and supporting business growth through consistent and professional client engagement.
