The role involves guiding prospective students, advising them on suitable financial courses, and supporting their academic journey from enrollment to graduation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Contact all leads generated through various channels and expand the database using various lead-generation techniques.
Consultative Techniques: Employ effective consultative techniques, including pre-call planning and productive questioning strategies to secure business.
Counseling Process:



Follow the 4 steps of counseling: Opening, Probing, Supporting, and Closing.
Motivation Understanding: Understand the specific motivations of each prospect to facilitate their decision-making process.
Revenue Generation: Generate revenue for the company and add value by building and maintaining the brand reputation.
Course Advice: Provide valuable advice and counseling on the courses offered by the company to every lead generated via various media.
CRM Management: Capture accurate and complete information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Rapport Building: Build solid rapport with prospects and arrange maximum video counseling sessions, group counseling, and presentations.
Customized Counseling: Understand the clients needs and objectives for considering the course and deliver tailored counseling.
