Role Description
The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Vadodara. The role involves supporting and driving sales of magnetic drive pumps by managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities in target industrial segments.
Responsibilities include visiting customers, preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams for pricing and delivery,
and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries and orders. The Assistant Sales Manager will monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, maintain accurate sales records, and contribute to sales forecasts and planning. The position also requires participation in industry events, product demonstrations, and continuous collaboration with engineering and service teams to provide effective solutions and after-sales support.
Qualifications
Any Graduate / Diploma (Engr) / B-tech / BE / MBA with sales experience of 2-6 years preferably in Pumps or Industrial Equipment
