Role Description The Purchasing Assistant is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Rajkot Area. This role supports day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders,



obtaining quotations from suppliers, and maintaining accurate records of purchases and deliveries. The Purchasing Assistant will coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements, track order status, and ensure timely availability of components and equipment for ongoing projects. Responsibilities include maintaining supplier databases, following up on deliveries, verifying invoices against purchase orders, and assisting with cost comparison and basic vendor evaluations. The role also involves regular communication with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, support inventory control, and uphold company purchasing policies.
Qualifications
