Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping Associate role based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur. The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to 5-star standards, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and handling linen. The role includes managing laundry tasks, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures. The Housekeeping Associate interacts professionally with guests,



responds to housekeeping requests, and coordinates with the front office and other departments to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. The role may also involve assisting with training new team members and supporting special event setups in banquet and common areas.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Laundry skills, including handling, sorting, cleaning, and care of linens and guest garments.
