Role Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate to support corporate compliance, secretarial and advisory assignments for private and public companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle routine and event-based compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
Prepare and file MCA forms accurately within statutory timelines.
Draft board and shareholder resolutions, notices, minutes, agreements and statutory documents.
Assist with company and LLP incorporations,



capital alterations, share allotments, transfers and other corporate actions.
Maintain statutory registers, records and compliance trackers.
Research applicable provisions, rules, circulars, notifications and judicial rulings.
Coordinate with clients, directors, auditors and regulatory authorities.
Support due diligence, secretarial audits and corporate restructuring assignments.

Qualifications:
CS Executive qualified.
Completion of prescribed CS Articles/Training.
Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, related rules and relevant rulings.
Practical experience with MCA filings and corporate documentation.
Strong drafting, legal research and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple assignments with accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred Profile:
1–3 years of relevant experience, including training.
