TIF Hospitality is We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented *Talent Acquisition Specialist* to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical recruitment and a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring talent across technical roles.

Experience: 2–5 years
Location: Chandigarh / Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time

*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and recruitment networks.
* Understand job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
* Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
* Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and priorities.




* Negotiate offers and coordinate the joining process.
* Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
* Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Meet defined hiring targets and timelines.

Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
* Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
* Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
* Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Naukri will be an advantage.
