We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage all procurement activities for our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and ensuring the timely availability of quality materials to support uninterrupted production and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and implement procurement strategies for cement, aggregates, admixtures, chemicals, spare parts, and plant equipment
Source, evaluate, and manage approved vendors; monitor and assess supplier performance
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve cost efficiency
Coordinate closely with batching plants, QC, stores, and project teams to forecast material requirements
Monitor procurement budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost optimization
Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with production schedules
Maintain procurement documentation, reports, and vendor records
Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and UAE regulations
Lead, mentor, and develop procurement team members
Support audits, inspections, and regulatory or authority approvals as required
