Role Description The Aviation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, supporting aviation-related operations and services aligned with the needs of Golf Island Residences and its clientele. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating aircraft scheduling and logistics, liaising with aviation service providers,



and assisting with documentation and compliance related to aircraft operations. The role involves monitoring aviation service quality, ensuring safety and maintenance standards are met, and resolving operational issues promptly. The Aviation Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, provide clear communication to stakeholders, and deliver responsive customer service to residents and guests who use aviation services.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge of Aircraft and Aviation, including basic operational and safety concepts.
Experience or familiarity with Aircraft Maintenance processes and coordination with maintenance providers.
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
Ability to manage schedules, documentation, and logistics with attention to detail and reliability.
