Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with institutional business and admissions objectives.
Lead Performance Marketing across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms to drive qualified leads and conversions.
Own website growth, traffic acquisition, engagement, conversion optimization, and digital journey improvement.
Drive comprehensive SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page/off-page SEO, keyword strategy, content optimization, and organic growth.
Lead Social Media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
Develop and execute Influencer Marketing campaigns with relevant creators, education influencers, and digital communities.
Lead Online Reputation Management (ORM) initiatives, monitoring brand sentiment, reviews, conversations, and digital reputation.
Identify and implement AI tools and AI-led marketing solutions to improve content creation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, analytics, automation, and productivity.
Use GA4, Search Console, CRM,



ad platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools to measure campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Develop data-driven strategies to improve CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality, organic traffic, engagement, and overall digital ROI.
Collaborate with Branding, Admissions, Content, Creative, Website, IT, CRM, and other internal teams for integrated digital campaigns.
Plan and manage digital campaigns for admissions, brand building, program launches, events, rankings, achievements, and institutional initiatives.
Manage digital agencies, vendors, influencers, and external partners wherever required.
Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, emerging platforms, and new technologies to maintain Chandigarh University's competitive digital positioning.
Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team and establish explicit KPIs and performance benchmarks.
