Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can confidently close over calls. You will handle inbound and follow-up leads for our education programmes and client services, understand what the seller actually needs, and recommend the right offering. Leads come to you warm — your job is to convert them.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Conversion
Call, qualify and convert inbound leads from webinars, summits, Instagram, WhatsApp and website enquiries
Understand the prospect's business stage, category and budget before pitching
Recommend the right programme or service instead of pushing a single product
Handle objections around price, timing, trust and past experiences confidently
Sales Process
Run structured discovery calls and product demos over phone and video
Follow up consistently on open leads until a transparent yes or no
Maintain accurate lead status, call notes and pipeline updates in CRM/Sheets daily
Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
Client Coordination
Collect required details and documents from closed clients and hand over cl
