Job Description – Pre-Sales Executive – Luxury Residential Projects

Pre-Sales Executive: We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused pre-sales executive to manage client enquiries, engage with prospective customers, and support the sales process for luxury interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

● Act as the first point of contact for recent client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions.
● Present the company’s services, design approach, and value proposition effectively.




● Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
● Coordinate with the design team to ensure client expectations are accurately captured.
● Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
● Maintain and update lead records, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements:
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
● Strong client-handling and lead conversion abilities.
● Professional and polished personality for high-end client interactions.
● Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
● Proficiency in Excel and prior experience using CRM tools is mandatory.
