About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage day-to-day accounting,



financial records, stock/inventory management, and related finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Maintain and update records in Tally.
Handle purchase, sales, invoices, payments, receipts, and expense entries.
Manage stock/inventory records and ensure they match physical stock.
Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
Track outstanding payments and receivables/payables.
Assist with bank reconciliation and regular account reconciliation.
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding accounts and payments.
Ensure accuracy of accounting and inventory data.
Support the finance team with other day-to-day accounting activities.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of on-site experience in accounting/finance.
Good working knowledge of Tally.
