Role Description The Account Executive is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, responsible for managing and growing client accounts across the company’s hotels, restaurants, catering, and events portfolio. Day-to-day work includes maintaining regular communication with corporate and individual clients, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating bookings for rooms, events, and catering services. The role involves tracking sales pipelines, following up on leads, negotiating rates within guidelines,



and ensuring timely closure of deals. The Account Executive collaborates with operations, front office, and events teams to deliver seamless guest experiences, monitors client satisfaction, and identifies upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems, contributing to sales reports, and supporting promotional activities and campaigns as needed.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and account handling skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Sales and negotiation capabilities, including lead follow-up, proposal preparation, and deal closure in hospitality or related industries.
