About the Role

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive who is equally comfortable on the phone, on the field, and at a canopy. You will work on leads provided by the marketing team and own the conversion, retention, and onboarding process end to end.

What You Will Do

Customer Sales and Retention
● Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team and convert them into paying subscribers
● Call potential customers, explain Pakaoo's meal plans, and close subscriptions
● Collect feedback from existing customers on food quality and experience
● Re-engage lapsed customers and drive re-subscriptions




● Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions

Kitchen Onboarding
● Onboard home kitchens and tiffin providers onto the Pakaoo platform as per instructions from the operations lead
● Complete onboarding documentation and app setup with kitchen partners
● Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded kitchen partners
● Regularly visit active kitchens for quality checks and relationship management

Field Sales
● Participate in canopy activities and on-ground marketing events
● Represent Pakaoo at residential societies, PGs, hostels, and corporate campuses
● Work alongside the marketing lead during field activation campaigns
● Distribute marketing material and generate walk-in leads at events

Who You Are

● 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, field work, or operations
● Comfortable making cold calls and visiting locations without hesitation
● Robust communication skills in Hindi or English
