Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is an on-site role based in Bengaluru. The candidate will respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, and messaging channels, providing clear information about products, orders, and delivery.
A large part of the role is ensuring retention by calling pet parents with reminders to renew their subscriptions.
Daily tasks include retention calls, resolving issues, tracking orders,



coordinating with operations and logistics, and documenting customer interactions accurately. The role also involves retention, gathering feedback, identifying recurring concerns, and suggesting improvements to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction. Interns will collaborate with the team to ensure pet parents receive timely, empathetic, and solution-focused support.
Qualifications
Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Support and maintain strong Customer Satisfaction.
Sales capabilities for retention
Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
Qualified Phone Etiquette and clear, courteous communication across all channels.
Good spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating within a fast-paced startup environment.
