Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru South (HSR Layout), with working hours from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am, six days a week (Monday off). The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads through calls, messages, and online channels, and managing a pipeline of prospective learners and parents interested in coding courses. The Business Development Executive will conduct consultations to understand learner needs, present suitable programs,



and convert leads into enrollments while maintaining strong relationships with enrolled families. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, meeting weekly and monthly sales targets, and sharing feedback from customers to help improve offerings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and convert prospective customers.
Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage pipelines, nurture relationships, and support long-term customer engagement.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including explicit spoken and written English, to interact with learners and parents in late-evening and night shifts.
Relevant experience in sales, inside sales, or business development, preferably in EdTech or services, is beneficial.
