Exp required 2 year to 3 year
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of operating system.
Backup Software Support.
MS-Outlook Support.
SLA, Incident Management/Service Request/Ticketing Tool.
Printer / Scanner Support.
Working Knowledge Windows, Application Software, Antivirus.
Back Up Support.
MS-Office Trouble shooting
Must have basic knowledge about Linux commands and OS ( Centos. Ubuntu).
Basic knowledge of Networking (IP address, DNS, DHCP).
Must have Knowledge about domain configuration on clients PC.
Basic knowledge about Cisco switches and AD server (preferred).
Fluent in communication Hindi and English (Preferred).
