Role Description The Interior Design Sales role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the team member will greet and engage walk-in and referred customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable furniture and interior design solutions. Responsibilities include creating layout suggestions, advising on space planning, coordinating styles and finishes, and preparing quotations. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle,



from initial consultation to closing the sale and supporting order fulfillment. The person will also maintain showroom displays, follow up with leads, support after-sales service, and collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications

Strong Sales and Furniture product knowledge skills, with the ability to explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
Interior Design and Space Planning skills to propose functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts and furniture combinations.
Customer Service skills to build trust, handle queries, and ensure a positive in-store experience.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team and engage diverse customers.
Attention to detail and basic numerical skills for preparing quotations and handling transactions accurately.
