Role Description This is a full time, on-site Assistant Chief Engineer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Assistant Chief Engineer will support the Chief Engineer in managing day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations across hotels, restaurants, and resort facilities. Responsibilities include overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory standards,



and coordinating with vendors and contractors for repairs and projects. The role involves monitoring energy usage, optimizing building systems, maintaining equipment records, and assisting with budget planning for the engineering department. The Assistant Chief Engineer will also guide and supervise the maintenance team, respond promptly to guest or operational issues, and collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in hotel or hospitality facility engineering, including oversight of building systems, equipment maintenance, and infrastructure reliability.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, with the ability to diagnose issues and coordinate effective technical solutions.
