Experience: 4–5 years in Mortgage, Lending, Banking, or Financial Institutions
Qualification: LLB, LLM, or equivalent law degree
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Role Type: Non-Litigation

Qualifications

Strong experience in non-litigation legal functions

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Title Search and TSR Vetting
Verify property ownership and perform legal due diligence
Draft, review, and vet mortgage and loan documentation
Provide legal advisory on mortgage products and regulatory compliance
Identify and mitigate legal, operational, and fraud risks
Ensure adherence to TATs and compliance standards
Handle client escalations and provide legal resolutions
Lead, mentor, and manage legal teams
Build strong relationships with clients, banks, and stakeholders
