Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Salesperson role based in Gurugram, with some flexibility to work from home. The Salesperson will engage directly with customers, explain product benefits, and recommend personalized skincare solutions to drive sales and build lasting relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing in-store and digital inquiries, handling pop ups in different locations,maintaining product knowledge, and meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.



The role also involves coordinating with marketing and operations teams, preparing sales reports, and supporting promotional activities and events. The Salesperson is expected to uphold Rebrth Beauty’s brand values and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
Customer engagement and relationship-building skills, including the ability to listen actively and provide tailored product recommendations.
Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in meeting targets, closing deals, and handling objections effectively.
Product and skincare knowledge, or strong interest in learning about ingredients, skin concerns, and routine design.
Communication and presentation skills, including clear spoken and written communication in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM or point-of-sale systems to manage leads, track interactions,
