About The Company

Arkay Tech Lubricants LLP is a growing lubricant company under the AKROL Lubricants brand, dealing in engine oils, gear oils, hydraulic oils, ATF/steering oils, coolants, grease and other automotive & industrial lubricants.

Job Responsibilities

Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, mechanics, workshops and automobile businesses to generate new customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Generate new sales leads and convert them into regular customers.
Promote AKROL Lubricants products and explain product benefits, specifications and pricing.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Follow up with customers for orders and payments.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.
Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
Maintain daily visit, calling, sales and customer reports.




Coordinate with the operations and dispatch team for timely order processing.
Ensure proper market coverage and regular customer follow-up.

Candidate Requirements

12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers can apply; sales experience will be an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and smartphones.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
