Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Tax Compliance and practical experience managing statutory filings.
Candidates should possess solid Tax Preparation skills, including working on tax returns, computations, and supporting documentation.
Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Tax and Tax Law, with the ability to research and interpret relevant regulations.
Candidates should possess Finance-related skills, including basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial statements.
Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/CMA in progress) are an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and tax/compliance software, attention to detail, and strong analytical and numerical abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, and robust time-management skills.
Prior internship or work experience in tax or accounting firms, or exposure to GST and income tax processes, will be beneficial.
