Role Overview

We are building an India-based Center of Excellence (COE) to support a US-based accounting software product. The team will be responsible for product implementation, configuration, customer training, functional consulting, and ongoing application support for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure the accounting software based on client business requirements.
Work with US clients to understand accounting processes, workflows, and reporting requirements.
Conduct requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data validation, and implementation activities.
Provide product demonstrations and end-user training through virtual sessions and documentation.
Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 functional application support and troubleshoot customer issues.
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with product/engineering teams when technical escalation is required.
Create and maintain user guides, training materials, FAQs, and implementation documentation.
Participate in product releases,



testing, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with US-based customers and internal stakeholders across time zones.

Required Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of experience in accounting software, ERP, financial applications, implementation, or application support.
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals: GL, AP, AR, invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and month-end processes.
Experience in software implementation, configuration, functional consulting, or customer support.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to explain accounting and software concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Strong written and spoken English, with confidence communicating with US customers.
Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment and across US time zones.
Solid documentation and training skills.
