We are looking for a CRM Executive who can take ownership of the complete post-sales customer journey — from booking to payment follow-up, registration and possession.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end CRM & post-sales activities
• Prepare Agreements, Demand Letters, NOCs, Receipts & Possession Letters
• Ensure timely collection of customer receivables
• Handle customer queries,



complaints & resolutions
• Coordinate Sale Deed, Stamp Duty & Registration processes
• Manage NOCs and outstanding payment coordination with banks
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM/ERP updates
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal & Project teams
• Manage registration activities for upcoming projects
• Prepare MIS reports for management
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 3–5 years of Real Estate CRM / Post-Sales experience
✔️ Experience with a reputed real estate developer preferred
✔️ Strong knowledge of real estate documentation & registration
✔️ Positive command of MS Office & CRM/ERP systems
✔️ Excellent communication & customer-handling skills
✔️ Strong follow-up, convincing and coordination abilities
✔️ Self-motivated, organized and customer-focused
