Role Description The Team Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading and supervising a team focused on personal loan advisory and sales. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing team performance, setting and tracking targets, providing coaching and feedback,



and ensuring adherence to company processes and compliance standards. The Team Manager will coordinate with banking and financial institution partners, support the team in resolving customer queries, and ensure accurate documentation for loan processing. This role involves monitoring lead pipelines, preparing performance reports, and driving initiatives to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
