Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for thermal insulation products with other other products that are there in the portfolio, building and maintaining relationships with clients, interior designers, and project stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product presentations,



preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contract terms in line with company guidelines. The Business Development Manager will track market trends, gather customer feedback, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, effective after-sales support, and high customer satisfaction. The role also involves achieving sales targets, preparing regular performance reports, and contributing to strategic planning and marketing activities.
Qualifications
Solid sales, business development, and account management skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
Experience in building materials, insulation products, interior solutions, or related industries, preferably working with insulation materials.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage clients, consultants, and interior designers effectively.
