Role Description
The Chief Business Officer (CBO) is a leadership role within Business, Sales, Growth & Strategic Partnerships, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, and will own and lead Dhaniti's commercial strategy and revenue engine across DhanitiPay, GlocalPe, Institutional Cards, Education Finance and emerging businesses.
This is a build-and-scale leadership role where you'll translate Dhaniti's vision into GTM strategy, revenue targets, commercial organisation,



strategic partnerships, and measurable execution across B2B, B2B2C, B2C, digital, field, enterprise, institutional, and partnership-led models.

Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Strategy & GTM
Own Dhaniti’s sales, business development, and commercial growth strategy.
Cascade organisational objectives into explicit revenue targets across brands, business verticals, channels and regions.
Design the appropriate GTM strategy and commercial model for each Dhaniti business, spanning B2B, B2B2C, B2C, digital, field, enterprise, institutional and partnership-led channels.
Align Marketing, Digital, and Sales into measurable demand-generation and acquisition engines.
2. Build & Lead the Commercial Organisation
Build the sales and business development organisation from the ground up.
