Rastafari Wellness is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Dadar East, Mumbai.
? Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outgoing customer calls
• Make outbound calls for order updates, follow-ups, and customer assistance
• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, and other support channels
• Assist with order status, delivery, prescription, and product-related queries
• Coordinate with doctors, operations, and courier partners when required
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Support sales conversations and customer conversions where applicable
? Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, tele calling, or customer support
• Experience in sales through customer service/tele calling will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident and comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Qualified, patient, and target-oriented approach
