Role Description The Tutor role at HomezyTutor is a full time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work from home. The tutor will deliver personalized academic support to students through both in-person and online sessions,



following curriculum guidelines and adapting teaching methods to different learning styles. Daily tasks include planning lessons, explaining concepts clearly, assigning and reviewing homework, and preparing students for tests and examinations. The tutor will monitor student progress, share regular updates with parents or guardians, and maintain accurate records of sessions and performance. The role also involves using digital tools for virtual classes, maintaining professional communication through the HomezyTutor platform, and upholding high standards of academic integrity and learner safety.
Qualifications

Strong subject-matter expertise in one or more academic areas (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies) and ability to teach K–12 learners effectively.
Demonstrated teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience, with skills in lesson planning, classroom management (online/offline), and differentiated instruction.
