About OZO Health
OZO Health (Founded by IIT Alumni) is building a trusted healthcare marketplace that makes diagnostic testing simple, transparent and affordable. Customers can discover, compare and book diagnostic tests and health checkups from verified diagnostic labs, including home sample collection.
We are looking for an energetic and highly responsible Customer Success & Sales Manager who can take complete ownership of customer enquiries and turn them into successful bookings.
This is not a role for someone who only wants to follow a script. We want someone who can take ownership, experiment, learn from mistakes, solve problems and get things done.
What You'll Do
Call and follow up with customers who enquire through Meta Ads, WhatsApp, website and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right full body checkup, diagnostic tests or prescription-based testing.




Convert qualified enquiries into paid bookings.
Follow up with customers and guide who have added packages or tests to their cart but have not completed the booking.
Handle customer questions around pricing, tests, home sample collection, reports and booking processes.
Coordinate with diagnostic labs and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment of bookings.
Maintain regular follow-ups until the customer completes the booking.
Identify why customers are dropping off and experiment with better ways to improve conversion.
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM/WhatsApp tools.
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a good experience before and after the booking.
Take ownership of daily sales targets, follow-ups and conversion numbers.
Share customer feedback and insights with the product and marketing teams.
