Role Description The Proposal Writer will be responsible for developing, writing, and editing high-quality proposals, responses to RFPs, and related documentation that reflect Aventra’s services and capabilities. Day-to-day tasks include gathering requirements from internal stakeholders, researching client needs, structuring proposal content, and ensuring consistency, clarity, and compliance with submission guidelines. The role involves collaborating with business development, technical,



and HR teams to tailor proposals for IT solutions, business development services, workforce solutions, and training programs. The Proposal Writer will maintain templates, track proposal deadlines, and support continuous improvement of proposal processes and materials. This is a full time, on-site role based in Srinagar.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Proposal Management and Proposal Writing skills, including the ability to coordinate end-to-end proposal development.
Candidates should possess Technical Writing skills to clearly describe IT solutions, services, and technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Candidates should possess experience with RFP processes, including analyzing requirements and ensuring compliance with client instructions.
