Project & Operations Coordinator

About the Role
Bridgeway Power Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project & Operations Coordinator to manage projects end-to-end, coordinate internal teams, handle customers, and ensure timely completion of all project activities. The role will involve project coordination, team management, documentation, billing, invoicing, and overall operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project execution, from project initiation to completion.
Coordinate and manage Operations, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Installation, and Accounts teams.
Assign tasks to team members and regularly track their progress and pending activities.
Coordinate with customers and provide regular project updates and status reports.
Monitor project timelines, deliveries, installations, and ensure timely completion.
Prepare and manage quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and project-related documentation.
Coordinate with Accounts for invoicing, payments, and outstanding follow-ups.
Maintain and update CRM, ERP, project trackers,



dashboards, and MIS reports.
Ensure all project records, approvals, documents, and customer requirements are properly maintained.
Identify delays or operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
Handle day-to-day operational requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project and operational reports.
Ensure proper coordination between customers, management, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills
Solid project coordination and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of invoicing, quotations, POs, and documentation.
Proficiency in CRM/ERP, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
