Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and optimize digital campaigns that support clients’ personal branding and inbound business goals. This full time on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves developing and executing social media strategies, creating web and social content, monitoring performance metrics, and running targeted digital initiatives across platforms. The position includes coordinating with content, design, and PR teams,



tracking web analytics, and preparing performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients. The executive will also stay updated on digital marketing trends, recommend new tactics, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all online channels.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills, with experience in campaign planning and execution.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Web Content Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Familiarity with major social platforms, basic SEO principles, and paid advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) is beneficial.
