Position: Post Sales CRM Executive - Real Estate

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer engagement, documentation, collections follow-ups, registration processes, and coordination with internal teams and site personnel. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and coordination skills, along with good knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales and internal teams for timely collection of payments and required documentation.
Follow up with customers and relevant teams to ensure timely payment collections.
Manage and ensure 100% compliance with KYC and customer documentation requirements.
Follow up with customers through reminder letters, verbal communication, emails, and other appropriate channels for pending payments.
Coordinate and facilitate the timely execution of agreements and property registration processes.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
Prepare and maintain reports related to collections, documentation, KYC, registration, and customer status.
Coordinate with site personnel and internal teams regarding material, labour, construction-related updates, and project requirements.
Monitor pending activities and ensure timely closure through regular follow-ups with concerned stakeholders.
