Role Description The Shift Engineer role is a full time hybrid position based in Siliguri, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks as business needs allow. This role is responsible for overseeing plant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring production targets are met safely,



efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing machinery performance, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues to minimize downtime. The Shift Engineer collaborates closely with production, quality, and safety teams to implement standard operating procedures, maintain accurate shift logs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role may also involve supervising shift technicians, training team members on equipment use, and supporting audits related to safety, environment, and quality.
