Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Panaji. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, overseeing paid and organic campaigns, analyzing web and campaign performance data, and refining strategies based on insights.



The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals, maintain consistent brand messaging, and ensure measurable growth for client accounts.
Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience planning and executing integrated online campaigns.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across major platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Experience with Lead Generation strategies and tools to attract, capture, and nurture qualified prospects.
Strong Web Analytics skills, including the use of analytics platforms to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
