Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their gifting requirements, presenting suitable product options, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The specialist will develop and execute marketing initiatives, including promotions, social media activities, and local outreach campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive revenue. Daily responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, responding to inquiries,



handling follow-ups, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, conducting product training for team members when needed, and continuously identifying opportunities to expand the client base.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and build long-term relationships.
Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, convert opportunities, and meet or exceed targets.
Experience in Training team members or partners on products, sales techniques, and service standards.
Background in retail, gifting, or lifestyle products is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, with flexibility for client meetings and events.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
