Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern at RenTen. The intern will support outreach to potential users, help explain the advantages of the RentCircles platform, and assist in onboarding recent lenders and renters. Day-to-day tasks include responding to user inquiries, providing customer support, collaborating on training materials,



and contributing to basic sales activities such as follow-ups and lead nurturing. The intern will also help with simple marketing initiatives, including social media support, collecting user feedback, and preparing reports to track engagement and growth. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and marketing within a fast-growing, community-focused startup.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage users, handle inquiries, and support a positive marketplace experience.
Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to assist with lead follow-up, user acquisition, and simple pipeline tracking.
